This homeless person was chasing a Terra Losa Resident in Terra Losa.
There was a break in at the Lakeview Gardens building, 9536 – 176 Street NW, Edmonton. The top of the South Tower Garage door was ripped off and badly Damaged.
Intruder was in south parkade at 3:35 am May 1
An intruder used an overhead door opener to get into the south parkade at 3:35 am. He was checking cages but once he found Dean’s bike then he left with it. His old bike is probably the one leaning against the south fence by the visitor parking. We will let the south parkade residents know when the code has been changed so that the intruder cannot come back tonight.
A reminder to us all to not leave our parkade door openers in our vehicles when parking outside. Check your vehicle if your parkade door opener is missing.
Break-In Sat 1:30 am May 2nd – South Parkade
Received call from Austin’s Security Monitoring for the South Parkade at 1:30 am. Police were dispatched and arrived very quickly. The man door beside the elevator at the south parkade level has been damaged and Dean will check in the morning with a company to get it fixed as soon as possible.
Police report has been done but they have requested more information concerning any items taken from the cages. Please check your cages in the south parkade and notify Dean (780-481-5152) of any missing items.
